Facility: Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka
Location: Eureka, CA 95501
Shift: Days | 5x8s | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration: 26 Weeks
Weekly Pay: $2,752
Taxable: $1,240/week
Non-taxable: $1,512/week
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of acute-care hospital case management experience
Experience in care coordination and discharge planning
Epic charting experience
Assignment Details:
Every other weekend required
No call required
Floating between like units based on facility needs
Free first-day parking; assignment parking details provided during orientation
Housing resources and assistance available through the facility
