Are you a proven culinary leader ready to shape the food program for one of Chicago’s most respected restaurant groups? We are seeking a Corporate Chef to oversee culinary operations across five regionally rated restaurants and help drive consistency, innovation, and excellence across the entire organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and culinary teams across five restaurants.
• Establish and maintain culinary standards, recipes, quality controls, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary innovation.
• Oversee food costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, training, profitability, and guest experience.
• Develop and mentor culinary talent throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-unit culinary leadership within a fine-dining restaurant group.
• Experience overseeing $20M+ in annual restaurant sales.
• Michelin-starred or comparable fine-dining experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional culinary knowledge, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for developing people and creating extraordinary dining experiences.

Compensation

Up to $130,000, based on experience, plus health benefits, PTO, and professional growth opportunities.
