Per Diem Retail Pharmacist | Argyle, Iowa

Join a pharmacy management role supporting a Federally Qualified Health Center’s 340B program in southeastern Iowa. This per diem opportunity offers a chance to provide critical pharmacy coverage in a community-focused setting with strong technician support.

Location: Keokuk, IA – situated along the Iowa-Illinois border on the Mississippi River.

Schedule:

• Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 29
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing of the pharmacy
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and daily operations
• Dispense medications in a retail/community pharmacy environment
• Ensure compliance with 340B program regulations (prior experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Utilize Datascan by WinPharm system for pharmacy workflows

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Iowa pharmacist license
• Retail/community pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in 340B program operations is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with pharmacy staff
