Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) – Permanent Position

Location: Concordia, KS
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $28.00+ (based on education and experience)
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000, discussed during interview

Job Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care procedures independently.
• Interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, and deliver prescribed therapy.
• Evaluate patient response to respiratory treatments.
• Perform invasive procedures with minimal supervision and minor assistance in patient care units and critical care areas.
• Communicate recommendations to other clinical team members regarding respiratory care.
• Respond promptly to workload changes and adjust assignments as needed to maintain quality patient care.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program — Required
• Current Kansas license or eligibility for Kansas licensure — Required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC — Required
• One year of respiratory care experience — Preferred
• New graduates will be considered.
