Quality Manager

Duties:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.

• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality assurance standards and processes.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, specifications, and reports.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Food Science, or Engineering).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals).

• Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.

• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
