Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.50/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team! In this role, you will help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when qualified.
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures and all workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not always required.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus.
