Machine Operator

Do you like to set up and operates machine tools such as CNC lathes, spline rollers, grinders, and induction heat treat equipment. ? Like to work 3rd shift? An Apple Creek company is looking for a Machine Technician, this will be a full-time position for the right candidate based on attitude, performance and attendance.

Duties:
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Coordinates with Engineering, in the development of processes/work instructions/flow charts
Ability to set up all work cells
Ability to train others to set up/operate work cells
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns
Assist with the execution of equipment Technical Services as required
Assist with Preventative Maintenance as required
Assist with process improvement on all equipment
Acts as back up to shift supervisor as required
Operates machines as required
Gives First Part Approval (FPA) when applicable, performs periodic re-approval as required.
Other duties as assigned

Pay: $18.50/PH.
Hours:
Sunday - Thursday 11p, - 7 am.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma with vocational training; or three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one or in small group settings.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
