Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract- Onsite

Pay Range: $40/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Analyst I – Cell Therapy / Analytical Testing to support laboratory testing and analytical development activities within a Cell Therapy organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience in flow cytometry, cell-based assays, immunoassays, or molecular assays.

Candidates with academic, university, or industry laboratory experience are encouraged to apply. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and maintaining accurate laboratory documentation in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory testing and analytical assays with limited supervision.
• Execute cell-based assays, immune assays, molecular assays, and other relevant analytical testing methods.
• Perform flow cytometry testing, including complex, multiplexed, or multi-marker analysis.
• Prepare, analyze, interpret, and accurately document experimental data.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
• Follow established laboratory procedures, protocols, and good documentation practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and attention to detail, as results may support regulatory submissions.
• Support analytical testing activities for cell and gene therapy programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional laboratory and analytical development teams.
• Maintain laboratory quality standards and follow applicable safety and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in analytical testing, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, or related laboratory techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and documenting laboratory data.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while following established protocols.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in an academic, university, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related laboratory setting.
• Experience with flow cytometry, particularly complex, multiplexed, or multi-marker analysis.
• Experience with cell-based assays, immunoassays, immune assays, or molecular assays.
• Exposure to cell and gene therapy research or analytical testing.
• Familiarity with allogeneic CAR-T, gene-edited CAR-T, stem cell, or mRNA-based programs.
• Experience using an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
• Knowledge of QC procedures, laboratory documentation, and good documentation practices.
• Relevant master's degree or equivalent scientific training is a plus.
