Warehouse Worker - Weekly Pay

Gojob is hiring Warehouse Workers in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Must have 2 years of warehouse experience with assembly, sorting, labeling, scanning, palletizing, and material handling, including safe use of a manual pallet jack.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, loading, unloading, scanning, and palletizing products.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and bending tasks according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Sort, label, scan, and organize products and materials accurately using RF scanners and other warehouse scanning equipment.
• Move, stack, wrap, and palletize products for storage or shipment, using a manual pallet jack safely.
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety procedures.
• Spot discrepancies, resolve basic issues, and report problems to supervisors.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, sorting, scanning, and palletizing.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and general material-handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety procedures.
• Lift and carry 30+ lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment
This position requires working in a warehouse setting with frequent material movement and physical activity. Workers must follow all safety procedures and stay aware of surrounding employees, equipment, and inventory.
