3rd Shift - EVS Aide - Janitor - Apple Valley

This position involves working the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, focusing on cleaning and maintaining hospital facilities. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms after patient discharges, maintaining bathrooms, and receiving training on proper floor care, including stripping, buffing, and waxing.

• Clean and maintain patient rooms, including trash removal, linen cleaning, mopping floors, and laundry.
• Work closely with nurses and adapt to a hospital setting involving exposure to blood, urine, and vomit.
• Execute porter duties by cleaning common areas such as lobbies, elevators, and hallways.
• Read and complete work orders, including trash removal and spill requests.

• Customer service oriented.
• Housekeeping and janitorial expertise.
• Proficiency in mopping, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.

• 1 year of high volume experience in environments such as hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, or arenas is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

The role is based within the main hospital, including medical office buildings and conference centers, primarily in Tower 1 and 2 where the ER, surgical suites, food service, and patient rooms are located. There is no sitting allowed while on the clock, ensuring that employees remain engaged and productive.

This is a Contract position based out of Apple Valley, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
