Our client, a boutique law firm specializing in mortgage default and related legal services, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy to join its bankruptcy practice in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience, strong legal drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent client service while working collaboratively with the legal team.

• Draft, review, and prepare bankruptcy-related legal documents and filings.

• Monitor case deadlines and ensure all required actions are completed accurately and on time.

• Communicate professionally with clients, bankruptcy trustees, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Attend hearings in local bankruptcy courts and represent clients as appropriate.

• Assist in maintaining and improving internal procedures to support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court requirements.

• Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with colleagues to support the effective handling of consumer bankruptcy cases.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Georgia.

• At least 2-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

• High standards of professionalism, integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
