Overnight Data Center Technician

Job Overview:

We are hiring Data Center Technicians to support overnight operations across data center environments in the Ashburn and Leesburg area.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on data center and networking experience. Previous data center or network troubleshooting experience is preferred, but the team is also open to motivated, technically inclined candidates who demonstrate a strong ability to learn, take initiative, and solve problems but may not have Data Center experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Spend the first month learning the environment and gaining hands-on experience.
• Progress toward working more independently as your knowledge and confidence grow.
• Support high-priority SEV 2 tickets.
• Become increasingly involved with network-related work and troubleshooting.
• Build practical technical knowledge through hands-on experience in the data center environment.

Previous experience is not required. The team is interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• Data center experience and/or network troubleshooting experience.

Important Details:

• Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedules: Saturday–Wednesday OR Tuesday–Saturday
• Location: Ashburn, VA with some Leesburg/Cascades-area work
• Expected Start: December 7th
• Interview: One 30-minute Zoom interview
