Childcare Needed

We are beginning the search for a regular sitter/nanny for our 1-year-old. We work from home and need help Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10-3 each week. Prefer a Montessori, gentle/authoritative approach. Want to have weekly activities structured for her, toddler lunch managed, and outings such as the library, Little Town, etc. to keep her busy. Would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
