Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Spanish-speaking woman to help in our small, welcoming home in Sterling, VA, Monday through Friday, approximately 5 hours each morning. The main responsibilities include preparing fresh, traditional Colombian breakfasts, helping with simple home-cooked meals and meal prep, light housekeeping, and occasionally spending time with our 19-month-old daughter while Im home. We value someone who enjoys cooking, is organized, patient, attentive with children, and respects a screen-free environment. We have two large, friendly dogs. We hope to find someone reliable who can become a trusted, long-term part of our daily routine.
