Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

One of us works about 11 shifts a month with 8 of those being on weekdays. During this days, we are looking for longer help from approximately 7-5. The other days one of us will be home so either would like maybe 6hrs of help or we will work with the kids ourselves on those days. We know are schedule 1-2 months in advance. For the most part looking for help for the 2 younger kids as the older one goes to ECE, however, the care giver should expect to help some prior to going to school and around 3 p.m. when returning. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
