Part Time Seasonal Store Associate Needed at our Carol Stream location days 10AM-4pm Shift 

Seasonal Retail Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

• Deliver friendly, attentive service and assist customers with their needs.

• Handle incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.

• Accurately complete purchases using cash, checks, credit cards, and other accepted payment methods.

• Become familiar with merchandise, current promotions, and advertised offers.

• Adjust priorities as store needs and business conditions change.

• Follow established company guidelines and operating procedures.

• Monitor merchandise levels and restock products as needed.

• Assemble products and keep merchandise displays organized and presentable.

• Test pool and spa water for customers.

• Keep complete and accurate pickup and delivery records.

• Maintain an orderly, organized warehouse.

• Check orders carefully to confirm accuracy and completeness.

• Use warehouse equipment, including stock pickers and pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Communicate verbally and hear while carrying out daily responsibilities.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.

• Frequently lift and move merchandise, including items that may weigh more than 50 pounds.

• Use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, to perform assigned tasks.

• Have sufficient visual acuity to operate a keyboard, use pool and spa equipment, and read technical materials.

• Work around potential health and safety hazards associated with pool and spa equipment, operations, and chemicals.

Expected Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday 10am - 4pm.

• Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm
