Job Description
We are actively seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators for opportunities with manufacturing and fabrication companies throughout the St. Louis area.
Whether your background is in MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, production welding, or custom fabrication, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for welders at various experience levels, from those with hands-on welding experience to highly skilled fabricators capable of building complete assemblies from blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on experience and job requirements.
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Fit, measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience through employment, trade school, or hands-on training.
- Experience with at least one welding process (MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core).
- Ability to produce consistent, quality welds.
- Basic understanding of welding safety and equipment.
- Blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred but not required for every position.
- Ability to pass a welding test when required.
