Job Position: Order Picker

Location: Richfield, Wisconsin

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Description: Want a first-shift job where you’re home in the evenings and learning skills you can take anywhere? One Source Staffing is hiring Order Pickers for a busy distribution center in Mequon. You’ll pick, pack, and ship orders of well-known tools and workwear brands that tradespeople use every day. Experience helps, but it isn’t required. We’ll train you and get you certified on equipment.

What you’ll do
Pick orders accurately using a handheld scanner and tablet
Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment
Complete packing slips, bills of lading, and UPS/FedEx paperwork
Load outgoing trucks and check carton counts against the paperwork
Unload incoming containers, both floor-loaded and palletized
Run a pallet rider, and a forklift when needed
Keep your work area clean and organized
Help out in other parts of the warehouse when needed

What you need
18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to read orders and shipping documents and do basic math
Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
Willing to train and get certified on a pallet rider
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Available for overtime when needed

Nice to have
Order picking, shipping/receiving, or other warehouse experience
Experience with warehouse software or scanners
Forklift experience or certification
High school diploma or GED
