What you’ll do:

• Operate and manage the bakery/pizza oven safely and efficiently
• Bake flatbreads, pies, manakeesh, lahm bi ajeen, pizzas, and other baked goods
• Prepare, portion, and shape dough; apply toppings
• Monitor baking times and temperatures for consistent quality
• Keep the oven area, tools, and workstations clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with prep, packaging, and restocking as needed

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
