Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for patients in the home setting throughout the Dane County area.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while working independently with the support of a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Follow physician orders and care plans
- Monitor and assess patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete clinical documentation
- Communicate with families and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong nursing and communication skills
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred but not required
