LPN/LVN Clinic

A Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (Clinic LPN) provides direct patient care and supports daily clinic operations under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses.

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Intake: Interview patients, record medical history, and measure vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight).

• Clinical Care: Administer oral and injectable medications, provide wound care, and perform dressing changes.

• Diagnostics & Lab Work: Collect blood draws, urine samples, and other routine specimens.

• Procedure Assistance: Help doctors and clinicians during physical exams and office-based procedures.

• Patient Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication schedules, and home care needs.

• Documentation: Update patient electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and timely.
