Pediatric & Neonatal Specialists PS in Louisville, KY is looking for a dedicated Medical Office – Back Desk to join our passionate healthcare team. Responsibilities:

• Manage back desk operations 
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
• Support clinical staff with scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Ensure compliance with pediatric and neonatal care protocols and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Experience in a medical office, clinical, or healthcare administrative setting preferred
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical terminology
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced pediatric or specialty care environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical or healthcare certification a plus
