Heavy Duty Forklift Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Heavy Duty Forklift Operator in Navasota, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate/Schedule:
$18–$20/hour (based on experience) | Day shift 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or night shift 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, variable based on workload | Weekly pay every Friday | Great opportunity for overtime | At $20/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Heavy Duty Forklift Operator to support production and logistics operations. This role moves heavy drill pipe and materials across the facility, keeps production lines supplied, and maintains accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large forklifts to transport heavy drill pipe and related materials across the facility
• Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Stage and deliver materials to production lines to maintain steady workflow
• Complete accurate inventory and material movement transactions in internal systems
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience operating large forklifts or heavy equipment
• Tubular or drill pipe handling experience strongly preferred (enclosed-cab, 35,000 lb capacity heavy-duty forklifts)
• Small forklift experience and strong mechanical aptitude a plus
• Background in material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience desirable
• Stable work history with strong attendance and punctuality record
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license
