Client:
Our client is a New York–based architecture firm with multiple offices throughout the country, specializing in commercial, healthcare, educational, mixed-use, and civic projects.
Description:
Our client is seeking an Architectural Designer with 1–5 years of professional experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all phases of design and construction while working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including healthcare, education, retail, commercial, mixed-use, and civic facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on new construction, renovations, and additions to commercial buildings and be eager to further develop their technical and design skills in a collaborative environment.
Required:
1–5 years of professional architectural experience
Experience with commercial new construction, renovations, and additions
Strong AutoCAD proficiency
Revit experience a plus
Ability to contribute across multiple project phases
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture
Salary:
$75,000–$85,000 annually
