Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex hardware systems and high-speed PCB designs.
Create schematics and support PCB layout reviews.
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
Analyze and resolve hardware, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI) issues.
Work with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes.
Collaborate with FPGA, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and execute validation test plans and support product qualification activities.
Support manufacturing and field issues during product deployment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
Strong knowledge of digital circuit design and high-speed board design.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Cadence/Altium or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
Knowledge of SI/PI analysis and hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Experience with networking, telecom, or data center hardware products is preferred.
