Senior Portfolio Administrator

Reconcile cash, investment holdings, asset details & par amounts
Process bank loan corporate actions, restructures & amendments
Ensure all interest & principal activity is accurate
Investigate & resolve discrepancies & reduce risk
Experience with CLO's, syndicated loans, loan products or bonds
Ability to interpret credit agreements , amendments & related documentation
Knowledge of private credit perferred
