Quality Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Quality Technician in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $25.00/hour (includes $2.00 2nd shift differential) | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (2nd Shift) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available after 40 hours/week | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,375 gross.

Important Notes: NEST Training required prior to start — Monday through Wednesday at Kellyville, Thursday onsite. 

Position Overview
The Quality Technician inspects, tests, and validates tooling and equipment after assembly to confirm compliance with engineering specs, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role supports manufacturing quality through functional testing, documentation, and nonconformance identification to ensure products meet safety, reliability, and performance expectations before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled equipment
• Verify product conformity against engineering drawings, specs, and work instructions
• Conduct pressure, mechanical, dimensional, electrical, and functional testing as required
• Operate test equipment, gauges, and data acquisition systems, verifying calibration status before use
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming products; support root cause and corrective action activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred)
• Experience in quality inspection, testing, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Working knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, torque devices)
• Basic computer skills and experience with quality management systems (SAP experience a plus)
