As a Wiring Specialist your roles and responsibilities will include:

Schedule: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Assemble and wire panelboards and electrical products.
• Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering specifications, and prints.
• Wire and solder electrical connections while protecting heat-sensitive components.
• Assemble terminal blocks, circuit breakers, wire harnesses, relays, transformers, switches, starters, and other electrical components.
• Determine the appropriate wire type and size for different amperages when not specified.
• Mount plates/frames and prepare panelboards by drilling holes and installing components.
• Perform electrical assembly and testing, including GFI and hot testing.
• Fit and adjust operating controls, shafts, bearing plates, and related components.
• Identify errors in drawings, production orders, or paperwork and recommend improvements.
• Work with Engineering and Quality teams when needed.
• Perform basic TPM maintenance, such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Support material replenishment/floor-stock activities.
• Complete required training and work collaboratively with the team.

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Wiring Specialist who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Wiring Specialist would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with:
  • Wiring diagrams
  • Electrical schematics
  • Electrical wiring/assembly

We understand that even if you are a seasoned Wiring Specialist you may not have all the skills listed here.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
