LVN Rehabilitation Nurse

Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s 40hours/week

• Experience: Minimum 1 year

• Unit: 41-bed Short-Term Rehab

• Required Certification: BLS

• EMR: EPIC required

• Patient Ratios: Days 1:8, Nights 1:20, Weekends 1:10

• Required Ratio Experience: 1:10

• Patient Diagnoses: Post-orthopedic and cardiac procedures, wounds, HTN, CHF, and renal failure

• Key Skills: Wound care, wound vacs, IVs, PICC lines, and nephrostomy care

• Special Equipment: Wound vacs

• Floating: Required as per facility needs

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)

• Local Radius: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
