Submission Requirements:
ASAP STARTS
Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in XRAY and documents travel experience.
PEDIATRIC FACILITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Current ARRT Cert & BLS
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.

DAYS, 0700-1930
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Any Color
CHOA will require the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious).
