Pay Range : $15-$19.50/hr on W2

Shift : 2nd shift Assembler 2nd shift – 2:30PM – 12 AM; On Friday 1PM – 9:30PM Schedule is 9/80 10% Differential for 2nd shift

Description

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required.

• Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Education & Experience

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
