Assembly Line Soldering Technician

Position Overview
We are looking for an Assembly Line Soldering Technician to perform soldering and assembly work on printed circuit
board assemblies (PCBAs). This position will primarily involve soldering components as a secondary operation during
the production process.
Responsibilities
• Perform through-hole and SMT soldering on PCB assemblies.
• Solder small electronic components and terminals.
• Perform secondary soldering operations after initial PCB assembly.
• Inspect solder joints for proper connection and workmanship.
• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly as required.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production and quality requirements.
Qualifications
• Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with through-hole soldering.
• Experience with SMT/component soldering.
• Comfortable working with small components and terminals.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly work accurately.
• Ability to work as part of a production team.
