What You'll Be Doing

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide individualized ABA therapy services that help children gain independence, develop communication skills, and achieve meaningful milestones.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client progress data

• Create engaging and positive learning opportunities

• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors

• Support skill development across communication, behavior, social interaction, and daily living activities

• Celebrate and encourage client successes

Qualifications - We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and patient

• Committed to providing high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
