Quality Specialist

FieldBridge is looking for a Quality Specialist in Odessa, TX. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate and Schedule
$20/hour + $3 shift differential | 11 ON / 3 OFF rotation, 12-hr night shifts (3PM–3AM) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40/week | At $23/hr blended and an average 66 hrs/week on this rotation, earn weekly paychecks averaging approximately $1,817 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a Quality Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Odessa, TX. This role performs detailed inspection processes to ensure equipment meets quality standards, working a rotating night schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex inspection processes and verify equipment meets quality specifications
• Identify defects in parts and approve or reject items accordingly
• Complete inspection reports and related paperwork with accurate documentation
• Identify ongoing quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent production problems
• Follow all safety policies and proactively promote safe behavior on the floor

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of ESP experience
• Manufacturing and/or quality environment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under general supervision or independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
