Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care

Pay Range: $38 - $44/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the nursing team.
• Help maintain residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Document care provided accurately in the facility's system.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and long-term care procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Support individualized resident care plans and complete other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in long-term care.
• Prometric Hawaii CNA Certification – Required before start.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and every weekend.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.
• Active, applicable certification and compliance documentation.
