Credit Analyst

SNI Companies has partnered with a bank in the North Dallas area in their search for a credit analyst. This position will be working on commercial lines of credit and requires real estate experience and strong excel skills.
 
Responsibilities include:
Analyze financial information including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements to form an opinion of creditworthiness of applicants based on sound risk-based examination
Determine appropriate risk ratings
Make recommendations for approval/denial of loan requests.
Prepare written credit memos for presentation and approval.
Assist lending staff in the analysis, servicing, and reporting on commercial and real estate loans
Work with lending staff in the development of appropriate credit decisions, prepare written reports documenting such decisions.
