Reporting Analyst Intermediate

Our Client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Reporting Analyst - Intermediate for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Reporting Strategy & Discovery:
• Conduct an enterprise-wide inventory of existing recruiting reports
• Meet with recruiting leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Identify duplicate, outdated, and redundant reports
• Prioritize report development based on business impact
• Develop a Talent Acquisition reporting roadmap
• Report Development:
• Design, build, validate, and deploy reports within iCIMS
• Create operational, tactical, and executive-level dashboards
• Develop recruiter, manager, and leadership reporting packages
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Optimize report performance and usability
• Dashboard Development:
• Develop dashboards supporting metrics including:
• Time-to-Fill
• Time-to-Hire
• Source Effectiveness
• Candidate Pipeline Health
• Requisition Aging
• Recruiter Productivity
• Interview Activity
• Offer Acceptance Rate
• Hiring Volume
• Diversity Recruiting Metrics
• Funnel Conversion
• SLA Performance
• Reporting Governance:
• Establish report naming conventions
• Create reporting standards and documentation
• Develop report definitions and data dictionaries
• Build a centralized report catalog
• Recommend reporting best practices
• Improve reporting consistency across recruiting teams
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
• Document report logic and business rules
• Create end-user guides
• Train Talent Acquisition teams on new reports and dashboards
• Support rollout across Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting organizations

 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience
• 3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experience
• Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMS
• Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflows
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition organizations
• Experience supporting high-volume retail recruiting
• Experience with global recruiting operations
• Experience working with offshore recruiting teams
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms
• Knowledge of recruiting KPIs and workforce analytics
• Experience documenting reporting governance and standards
