Job Description
About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.
The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll be the information and communication hub for a group of senior leaders and their teams, providing high-level administrative support through research, information requests, and day-to-day office management. You'll keep a very active executive calendar on track, coordinate travel and events, and build working relationships with leaders and administrative peers across divisions.
- Oversee general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping
- Review and analyze incoming requests, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and route them to the right people
- Handle and transfer confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Manage an extremely active calendar: prioritize meeting requests, resolve conflicts and schedule changes proactively, and keep executives on track throughout the day
- Arrange travel, meetings, and dinners; submit travel and expense reports for supported leaders, plus other administrative requests such as IT tickets
- Plan dinners and social events, negotiating with outside vendors as needed
- Respond to recurring requests such as organizational chart and seating chart updates
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding, including requesting equipment setup and system access
- Triage and do basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and phone issues; manage office supplies and other general office functions
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal executives
- Develop and maintain relationships with administrative assistants across divisions
- Take on ad hoc administrative tasks as they come up
What you'll bring
- 5–7 years of experience (required), including experience working with executives (required)
- 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Key skills: process improvement and systems administration
- Expert-level ability to work independently and manage your time, keep information organized and confidential, and plan events and budgets
- Verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A collaborative approach — building relationships across teams, offering help, and welcoming others' ideas to move work forward
