Medication Aide- MULTIPLE SHIFTS

At Inroads to Recovery, our Medication Aides play a vital role in supporting residents on their recovery journey. This position is responsible for assisting with medication administration, monitoring and documenting resident health and wellness, reporting changes in condition, and ensuring accurate charting.

Additional duties include maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, supervising daily resident activities, documenting incidents as needed, and providing compassionate support to residents. No experience is required for the right candidate. We are willing to train individuals who are motivated, caring, and eager to make a difference.
