Job Title: Product Quality Engineer – RMA Failure Analysis (Hardware)

Role Overview
The engineer will be responsible for failure analysis of customer-returned Server/GPU boards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware and system design and be capable of performing deep board-level and component-level debugging.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform system and board-level testing and debugging down to the component level.
• Perform failure analysis on customer-returned server/GPU boards.
• Strong knowledge of Server hardware, including BIOS, BMC, CPLD, FPGA, etc.
• Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams with a strong understanding of server and subassembly functionality.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspection of server/GPU board components, including:
  • Motherboards
  • GPU / GPU Baseboard
  • CPU
  • DIMM
  • NIC
  • SSD
  • Power Supply
  • Electronic components
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and failure analysis involving capacitors, resistors, fuses, ICs, diodes, and other electronic components.
• Perform component swapping/removal to isolate failures and conduct deeper failure analysis.
• Develop/use Python scripts for debugging, testing, or automation.
• Execute basic Linux commands and work within a Linux environment.
