Laboratory Technician

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Midland, TX - based Laboratory Technician to work for a global leader in oilfield services.

Pay / Schedule: $23/hr. 12-hr shifts, 7/2 - 7/4 rotation with day and night shifts. 100% Onsite. Great opportunity for OT pay. At 84 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,438. Weekly pay + benefits.

Support safe, reliable service delivery by performing quality assurance testing and preparing lab reports for field operations. This is an onsite lab role at the Midland plant. Local Midland/Odessa candidates only. Interviews start by phone or Teams, followed by an onsite interview and site tour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance tests on company products and prepare laboratory reports ahead of wellsite service
• Support additive selection and fluid design alongside Design/Technical Engineers
• Keep lab equipment clean and working, and dispose of waste regularly
• Run regular lab audits to confirm standards are met
• Perform risk analysis before each task, wear PPE, and follow HSE policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a chemical laboratory environment
• Willingness and ability to work 12-hr shifts, including day and night rotations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Associate degree or high school diploma (technical or science-related bachelor’s preferred)
• Must live locally in the Midland/Odessa area
• Willingness to complete NEST training in Kellyville, OK
