Retail Operations Coordinator

Join our dynamic team where you will play a key role in executing omni-channel offers and promotions across our business units. You will maintain a comprehensive view of all upcoming offers, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment on strategy and execution. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute promotional calendars.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to ensure offer accuracy and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure offer details are accurate, including start/end dates and any inclusions/exclusions.
• Alert teams about updates and changes impacting them.
• Manage and facilitate promotional planning and approval meetings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all offer and promotion details.
• Develop and publish offer strategies for milestone meetings.
• Prioritize offers based on volume and strategic importance.
• Ensure promotional tests are executed correctly and provide operational details to the testing team.
• Create ad-hoc documents to support offer planning meetings.
• Act as the central hub for all offer-related inquiries and updates.
• Continuously enhance and improve processes.
• Facilitate and execute MP&A meetings, ensuring readiness and accurate documentation.

Qualifications/Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or a communication-related position preferred.
• Retail experience is required.
• A college degree is required.
• Strong foundation in Smartsheet and MS Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative and adept at building relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday. A company computer will be provided.
