Job duties

Build, record, and maintain automated test scripts in elevaite365 across D365 F&O, D365 CE, and their integrations with InRiver and Shopify
Translate functional consultants' business process documentation into end-to-end automated test scripts
Execute test cycles across implementation phases: CRP, SIT, UAT support, cutover rehearsals, and hypercare
Build and run cross-system test scenarios that validate data flow, e.g. product/attribute data from InRiver into D365 F&O and out to Shopify; customer/lead data through D365 CE; order and inventory sync back from Shopify
Perform manual testing where automation isn't yet practical, and convert stable manual tests into automation
Log, track, and retest defects in Azure DevOps; work with functional and technical owners to reproduce issues and confirm fixes
Keep test cases linked to requirements so the QA Lead's traceability matrix stays current
Support UAT by preparing test data and scripts, and helping business users (Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service) execute tests
Structure scripts for reuse so the regression suite supports future D365 updates (Microsoft's twice-yearly release cadence)
Prepare and refresh test data across D365 sandbox tiers, InRiver staging, and Shopify dev/staging stores
Report test execution status and blockers to the QA Lead

Required:

4+ years in QA/software testing, with at least 2 years in test automation (6+ years for senior level)
Hands-on testing experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or CE, ideally on an implementation program rather than only steady-state support
Understanding of ERP implementation phases (CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare)
Experience with AI-powered, no-code/low-code, or record-and-playback automation tools for enterprise apps (e.g. RSAT, Tricentis Tosca, Leapwork, Provar). elevaite365 experience is a strong plus; we'll train you on it
Experience testing system integrations and validating data across platforms
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for test cases and defect tracking
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication of defects and results

Nice to Have:

Exposure to InRiver (or a comparable PIM) and Shopify (or a comparable ecommerce platform)
Familiarity with RSAT (Microsoft's Regression Suite Automation Tool)
Experience on a multi-system ERP + PIM + ecommerce program
Integration/middleware testing (Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, or third-party iPaaS)
Basic SQL for back-end data validation
Retail, Client, distribution, or manufacturing background
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ISTQB certifications
