Assembler/Tester

Join our team in Elyria, OH, a city known for its rich history and vibrant community, located in the heart of Lorain County. We are seeking dedicated individuals for a role that involves the precision assembly of fuel pumps and pneumatic valves for commercial aviation and military air and ground vehicles.

• Assemble small, complex electrical pumps consisting of 60-150 pieces.
• Work collaboratively in a 'cell' environment with a team of 2-3 people.
• Ensure high-quality standards through attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Utilize hand tools and test stand equipment effectively.
• Problem-solve and critically think through assembly challenges.
• Communicate effectively within a close-knit team setting.

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with small precision technical work or assembly of complex objects.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring equipment, such as micrometers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable team player.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
• Must present a copy of diploma or GED prior to interview.

• 1 opening: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
• 7 openings: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
