****Must be located in CA! Will work remote but still attend trainings in LA and need to pick up equipment****

-Experience: 1 year of CM exp - work comp exp required
-CA LVN License
-Certs: BLS
-**FLU VACCINE (no exemptions/no declinations)**
-First-time travelers accepted: Yes
-Special Requirements: Epic. Experience with Work Comp Case Management - HARD STOP
