Product Specialist 3

Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $47/hr.

Description:

Skills required:
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Client Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.
- Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
- Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.

Position:
- Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor
o Determine models missing from STG
o Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
- Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
o Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
- Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
