Paint Seibi Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online robot programming - Sealer, UBC, and Dampening - Run trials and adjust parameters - Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards - Online robot Programming - Primer, Base and Clear - Run trials and adjust parameters - Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards - Off line robot programming - Use simulation software to create robot programs , perform reach studies and cycle time analysis - Evaluate Quality - Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite - Create Hand Over Documents - Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's - Effective communications - Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate's Degree
• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience

ADDED BONUS:

1. Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
2. PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron, etc)
3. Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia, Delmia, Solidworks, Inventor )

Additional related certifications

1. Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
