Job Title: SAP Finance/RTR Consultant

1. S/4 HANA, Record-to-Report processes and Finance operations
•Work location: Irving, TX
•Will this role work remote/In Office/Hybrid (in office & remote): Hybrid - 3 days/week

•Years of experience required for each skill? 8+Years
•What are the chances for extension? 50%

Responsibilities:
•Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, operational pain points, and reporting requirements
•Lead end-to-end delivery for R2R enhancements and stabilization efforts, including:
•Requirements gathering
•Functional design
•Technical coordination
•Testing support (SIT/UAT)
•Deployment and hypercare
•Support stabilization and optimization across:
•Financial close processes
•Allocations and journal entries
•Financial and management reporting
•Intercompany processing
•AR aging and reconciliations
•SAC / Datasphere reporting integrations
•Upstream/downstream Finance integrations
•Coordinate across AMS, project, reporting, and integration teams to drive delivery
•Assist with backlog prioritization, sizing, defect resolution, and roadmap planning
•Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reporting timeliness, and stabilize Finance operations
