Operations Assistant

Description:

Ensure proper data entry and posting related to the Bank’s deposit accounts. Serve as customer service for bookkeeping incoming calls. Continuous cross training for all job duties within the department. Improve leadership skills, becoming a vital member of Operations. Become knowledgeable with all deposit operational departments. 

Requirements:

. Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers while ensuring confidentiality of information. 

· Ability to work with others and demonstrate self-reliance and resourcefulness.

· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in banking. 

· Good interpersonal and customer service skills. 

· Good understanding of operations in other departments. 

· Basic knowledge of computer operations, as well as the ability to operate standard office equipment
