Position Title: Medical Records Staff
Location: Wichita, KS 67217

Work Schedule: TBD

• Scan, index and file documents into the electronic health record
• Run chart audits and track missing documentation
• Process release-of-information requests under HIPAA
• Proof and finalize reports; enter report data
• Provide basic information to staff and outside agencies

• 1 year of general office, clerical or administrative support work (education may substitute)

Preferred

• Medical records or health information experience; medical terminology
